When you've been to
Las Vegas, NV before, you've walked the strip, you've partied at the clubs,
and you've celebrated birthdays and bachelorettes, what's there left to
do? Indulge in world-class hotels. And never leave the hotel the entire
duration of your trip.
Granted, we stayed in Las Vegas
all of 24 hours (long enough for our German friends to see the strip,
stare at the bright lights, and lounge by the pool in 3-digit
temperatures), but since there was enough to see and do at the hotel, there
was no need to leave. Cocktails by the pool (and shuffleboard!), plus
boutiques, bars, and restaurants -- we didn't care to join our friends on the strip. Why would you when you could lounge around in a room
like this?
Budget-friendly tip: We were able to score such a great room (Terrace One-Bedroom) because we stayed on a Monday night, which was half of the cost of the same room on a weekend night.
